REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

This policy sets out the circumstances in which goods or services ("Goods") supplied by WERP International Pty Ltd ("WERP International") to a trade outlet ("you") will be accepted for return.

 

1. NO CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Please choose carefully as WERP International does not accept return of goods because you changed your mind or made a wrong decision about WERP International's goods or services.

 

2. IF CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS ACCEPTED

You will incur a 20% charge of invoice value for restocking IF WERP International chooses to approve Change of Mind return.

You must return the goods at your cost to WERP International to an address which will be communicated to you via email.

 

3. ASSESSMENT OF GOODS FOR RETURN

WERP International reserves the right to assess the eligibility of Goods for return (including the condition and age of the goods) BEFORE accepting them as returned.

All Goods which a customer wants assessed for return must be:

 

(a) accompanied by proof of purchase from WERP International either by providing a receipt or other proof of transaction; and

 

(b) unmarked and complete with any instruction book and accessories supplied as part of the purchase.

 

While Goods are being assessed, WERP International will not be deemed to have accepted the Goods for return.

 

4. WHEN GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN

WERP International will accept Goods for return in accordance with this REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY and only after assessment as set out above, where the Goods are returned in the compliance with 3(a) and 3(b) above and:

 

                (a) are subject to any express warranty given by WERP International

                                                               

5. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN GOODS ARE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN?

When WERP International accepts Goods for return:

 

(a) for a "major failure", WERP International may have the goods replaced with an identical replacement.

 

If you reject goods purchased from WERP International, you must return the goods at your cost to WERP International to an address which will be communicated to you via email.

 

If you are entitled to a partial refund, your refund will be issued by credit card, EFT or PayPal depending on your original payment method for the goods.
